Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will assign and supervise the daily operations in the warehouse to ensure the satisfaction of related requirements. Assign jobs and follow up progress to satisfy the working requirements as per the demand plan, and training the warehouse keepers to ensure they are capable for the jobs assigned.

Your responsibilities

• Be aware, accountable and follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) rules & regulations.
• Enforce quality mind & awareness for working in area by following documented procedures & follow good documentation practice.
• Be compliance to requirements of ISO13485 and other relevant regulatory requirements as required based on role & function responsibility.
• Always think “Quality is my responsibility”.
• Be aware, accountable for safety, health and environment in workplace all time to ensure free accident and good environment area of working.
• Follow which support the safety, health and environment regulations, company policies by working safely, reporting unsafe condition / unsafe action / near miss accident to supervisor as well as suggest for any improvement.
• Be compliance to requirements of ISO14001, ISO45001, other relevant EHS regulatory and company EHS requirements as required based on role & function responsibility.
• Always think "Safety, Health and Environmental is my responsibility".
• Assign jobs and follow up progress to satisfy the working requirements as per the demand plan, and training the warehouse keepers to ensure they are capable for the jobs assigned.
• Timely perform SAP transactions following the agreed processes to ensure the reconciliation of physical operations and SAP records.
• Organize and conduct periodic stocktaking to ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain proper records for scrapped bonded materials in order to meet regulatory requirements.
• Be responsible for preliminary equipment maintenance following requirements of related working instructions.
• Conducting periodic performance review with team members to keep the team motivated.
• Coordinating with related departments to timely solve problems.
• Any other tasks assigned by Logistics Manager, commensurable with the position.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics management or related field
• At least 5 years logistics/supply chain management working experience in a multinational manufacturing company. Familiar with complex warehouse operations.
• At least 3 years leadership experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to train warehouse officers, leaders and operatives.
• Problem solving skills.
• Good knowledge and experience in SAP or equivalent MRP systems.
• Forklift licence would be an advantage.
• Able to work 6 working days and shift rotation.
