Technician (One Bangkok)

About the Role

Technician based at One Bangkok responsible for operation, preventive maintenance and repair of building control systems and equipment to ensure reliable building services for tenants and events.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on building systems and equipment as assigned by Engineer and Senior Technician.
• Follow company procedures and complete checklists assigned by engineering team.
• Investigate and repair equipment reported by tenants; respond to emergencies and unexpected situations.
• Inspect electrical, pneumatic, climate controls and valves; perform regular checks on chillers and air conditioning systems.
• Record chiller consumption and air-conditioning temperature data in detail.
• Provide electrical and telephone system support for exhibitions and events.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Vocation certificate or Diploma in Electricity or related field.
• New graduates welcome; prior experience an advantage.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and building systems in high-rise buildings preferred.
• Electrical license is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving ability and interpersonal skills.
• Available to work in shift patterns.
