About the Role

Job Posting Location: Nonthaburi. Calculate Commission Incentive for FBB sales channels and support channel performance systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Calculate commissions and incentives for FBB sales channels, including relevant projects and summary commission payments.
• Configure or add on-top promotions/discounts affecting net revenue in the Channel Management (CM) system.
• Create or update profiles on systems that support sales performance (e.g., My Goal App, ECM Mart).
• Specify user requirements and change requests for system/app development, design automation processes, and support UAT.
• Provide channel support and troubleshoot issues.
• Reconcile sales performance data and reports.
• Perform other assigned ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3–4 years of experience in data management, channel management, trade planning, trade marketing, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and BI/analytics tools for sales commission and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
