Responsibilities

• Accountable for supporting SFE director/manager for data management, delivery and implementation of SFE priorities, including incentive preliminary calculation.
• Update customer database, customer classification and targeting, and employee movement (Sales, Marketing and other related teams).
• Support SFE director/manager to track and monitor SFE KPIs including customer call/engagement reports, SFE and sales performance related BI/dashboards and any initiatives or priorities under SFE scope.
• Engage internal stakeholders to execute Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) programme to support business strategy execution.
• Actively implement, update and utilize SFE tools to support call effectiveness.
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve alignment and ensure effective execution and operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business IT or Management Information System (MIS) is preferred.
• 1-2 years of solid experience in data management, analysis and presentation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and skills in data analytics and project management.
• English proficiency at professional level.
• Good communication skills.
