Responsibilities

• Support SFE manager for data management, delivery and implementation of SFE priorities.
• Update customer database, multi-channel cycle plan (MCCP) and employee movement (Sales, Marketing and Medical Team).
• Support tracking and monitoring of SFE KPIs including CFT field engagement report, SFE and Sales performance BI/Dashboards and customer engagement touchpoints report.
• Engage internal stakeholders to execute Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) programme to support business strategy execution.
• Implement and promote utilization of SFE tools to support call effectiveness.
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve alignment and ensure effective execution and operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business IT or Management Information System (MIS) is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in data management, analysis and presentation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and skills in data analytics and project management.
• English proficiency at a professional level.
• Good communication skills.
