About the Company

Stranger Soccer is a platform that makes playing football easy by offering dozens of games via a mobile app. Born in Singapore and now operating in 10+ cities with over 100,000 games run, Stranger Soccer is accepting applications from license partners to bring the brand to new cities. This role is for a License Owner to open and operate the Stranger Soccer business in Phuket. This is not a traditional management job — it is built for someone who wants to own and operate their own business and is passionate about football.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life for the assigned city (Phuket).
• Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2-3 persons) and engage freelance Official Hosts (game hosts) to start operations.
• Identify and secure prime time slots and venues to run Stranger Soccer games.
• Drive creative sales and marketing activities, both digital and hands-on, to introduce customers to the platform and grow usage.
• Manage game schedules and customer experience to ensure high satisfaction and repeat participation.
• Coordinate with Singapore HQ operations and technology teams for support and direction.

Qualifications

• Passion for football and a strong connection to the local football scene.
• Business background, ideally with experience in management and customer service.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to owning, driving, and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand in the market.
• Motivated to succeed; financial compensation will be proportionate to effort, business acumen, and results.
