Technician (Park Ventures)

About the Role

JLL is hiring a Technician to support the upkeep of plant and facilities equipment and ensure smooth daily operations. This is an on-site role in Bangkok, THA. The Technician will inspect equipment rooms, perform repairs, coordinate vendors, and support moves/adds/changes while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect equipment rooms and other facilities using predefined checklists and report findings.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical or mechanical equipment; provide technical recommendations.
• Walk duty technicians through weekend work plans and provide clear instructions for repairs and malfunctions.
• Coordinate and contact vendors for maintenance work and escalate as needed.
• Implement equipment moves, adds and changes to meet operational needs.
• Ensure all work complies with local governmental rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Certified and experienced in electrical or mechanical repair.
• Previous experience in a facilities and maintenance role.
• Good communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to clearly report issues and provide instructions.
