Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of software and product testing to meet business requirements.
• Review and validate requirements and technical specifications to create test cases.
• Develop test scripts and test automation scripts; execute test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and customer conversations.
• Document and report results; analyse test results and product quality and propose improvements or corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development and scrum teams and communicate professionally at all levels inside and outside the company.
• Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate quality testing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing both automated and manual tests, debugging and defining corrective actions.
• Ability to review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities, open defect counts).
