Associate HR Business Partner, Plants - Protein

About the Role

The Associate Professional, HR Business Partner - Plant applies basic knowledge to assist in the delivery of people processes related to people and culture strategy, workforce plans, learning programs and talent activities to improve the employee experience at the plant. This role provides support to key stakeholders and helps analyze metrics on plant performance.

Responsibilities

• Understand how metrics are used and managed to provide insights into the performance of the plant.
• Support the implementation of plant HR operational processes including time and attendance, employee or labor relations, and benefits administration to support compliance and effectiveness.
• Support the advancement of the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts for the business.
• Support the implementation of basic solutions to improve employee and team performance and the employee experience at the plant.
• Support the execution of routine workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs and projects at the location.
• Provide human resources support to plant supervisors and employees, acting as the first point of contact for human resources related questions.

Qualifications

• No minimum years of relevant experience required. Typically reflects 2 years or more of relevant experience.
