About the Role

As a Senior Associate Transformation Consultant you will assist clients through business transformation journeys by identifying opportunities where information technology can enhance capabilities, developing subject matter expertise in emerging technologies, analysing and interpreting DATA to uncover issues and develop actionable recommendations, and supporting presales and proposal activities. Workplace type: Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret client data to identify weaknesses, root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop solutions and recommendations to address organisational problems and outline end-to-end transformation plans that minimise costs and customer commitments.
• Engage with clients to identify issues, facilitate client-facing workshops and present findings to stakeholder organisations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to collect and analyse IT and business issues and ensure delivery of transformation initiatives.
• Support sales and presales activities by conducting meetings, writing proposals, proposing solutions and delivering presentations.
• Maintain strategic documentation related to business transformation initiatives and support internal proposal development and other business activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of systems, software and programming languages, and understanding of the IT industry environment and business needs.
• Experience providing professional advice, performing initial analysis, and engaging with clients in a consulting context.
• Domain/industry expertise with skills in business transformation, strategic thinking, strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Self-driven with familiarity in business transformation processes.
