Infrastructure Engineer (Fixed term contract 2 years)

About the Role

Infrastructure engineer will be specialized in designing, developing and implementing systems and infrastructures based on the standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Solution Architect with the design of new services and implementation
• Evaluate and recommend necessary changes in performance tuning, infrastructure design and monitoring
• Develops, configures, implements and maintains high quality Infrastructure Engineering solution with security standards, policies, procedures to ensure the secured, integrity and availability of Infrastructure
• Handle incident resolution, drill down to find out what caused it, and coordinate with other teams to resolve them and participate in on-call rotation and DR testing

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree on Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related
• 0-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure projects of handling multiple projects concurrently with successful project delivery
• 0-3 years of experience in scalable service environments. Passion for developing and maintaining reliable, scalable infrastructure
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Good in teamwork, collaboration, positive attitude, systematic thinking and good interpersonal skills

Skills

• Fluence on infrastructure as code such as Terraform
• Fluence on Azure cloud infrastructure administration (AWS,Azure GCP and Huawei is more consideration)
• Experience operating and deploying development observability tools such as Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, Logstash, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, OpenSearch
• Strong knowledge and technical skills in containerization, Kubernetes
• Experience with automation and middleware tools such as Jenkins,Kafka, Cloud SDK
• Proficient in Python programming with experience in scripting, automation, and working with structured data formats such as JSON and YAML
• Familiarity with implementing security best practices for cloud environments and Kubernetes platforms
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools to enhance engineering productivity and support issue investigation and troubleshooting is a plus
