What Product Design Looks Like at Rocket Travel by Agoda (RTA):

As a product designer focusing on partnerships at RTA, you’ll collaborate with our commercial and business development teams, brand designers, product managers, and other product designers to deliver innovative solutions for our partners. Your work will directly impact how we pitch and deliver white-label travel solutions, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for both partners and their customers.

Role in the Team:

We are looking for a craft-led Product Designer with a very high bar for design quality, and expertise in UI, design systems, and prototyping. The primary goal of this role is to own the design of business development within RTA, which includes:

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and standardize high-quality mockups and prototypes of our white-label products for partner pitches and user testing, actively participating in feedback sessions to refine designs.
• Deep knowledge of Figma and design systems, including auto-layout, variables, color tokens, and design system components
• Basic technical understanding (HTML/CSS/ADS components) for smooth handoffs and able to fix minor UI bugs with Engineering
• Help build scalable Figma templates that allow us to work efficiently
• Contribute to partner launches
• Conduct industry benchmarking across travel and loyalty platforms, summarizing key trends and insights.
• Align with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, partner-centric solutions while meeting business objectives
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to feedback
