About the Opportunity
Join Caterpillar Thailand and gain hands-on experience supporting HR digitalization and data-driven decision making. This internship is ideal for students who are passionate about Information Technology, Data Analytics, Power BI, and Power Apps, and who are eager to apply their knowledge in a global manufacturing environment.
Internship Preferred
- 4-6 months
- Start Y2027 - Q3 - Fall (July - Sept)
- Headcount: 1 Position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Welding or Engineering Mechatronics
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, welding technologies, and production systems
- Understanding of automation, robotics, or manufacturing engineering concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Interest in continuous improvement and digital transformation within manufacturing operations
- 3rd or 4th Year University Student
- Minimum GPA: 2.50
- Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
- Willing to reside or relocate to Rayong or Chonburi
- Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work in a matrix organization
- Cooperative Education Program students are highly preferred

Monday - Friday, 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
