About the Company

Pandora Crafting & Supply: crafting facilities in Thailand (Bangkok and Lamphun) with over 13,000 craftspeople producing jewellery for Pandora Group. Pandora is the world’s largest jewellery brand, designed in Denmark and crafted in Thailand. The role is part of the People Experience and Transformation team and reports to the Manager, People Technology & Analytics. Work arrangement: onsite at crafting facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of HR systems and HRMS/HRIS accessibility, roles and permissions.
• Ensure HR data governance: data accuracy, system stability, timely updates, data audits, cleansing and migration tasks.
• Serve as first line support for system issues from HR teams and employees; troubleshoot functional/technical problems and coordinate solutions with IT or external vendors; track incidents and root causes.
• Transform people data into executive-friendly visualizations, dashboards and reports to support evidence-based decision making across the organization.
• Support analysis, design, testing and implementation of new features, enhancements or integrations; participate in requirement gathering and translate HR needs into system specifications.
• Work closely with external vendors, consultants, Finance, IT applications and Business Intelligence teams on support tickets, enhancements and projects.
• Develop user guides, FAQs, training materials and provide training to HR teams and employees to promote adoption of digital HR tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in HRIS implementation and proven experience creating and implementing HR technology solutions.
• Proficient in Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, and/or SQL; experience with SuccessFactors Reporting & Query Tools is an advantage.
• Able to visualize data and communicate insights effectively; skilled in translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures; high attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Service-oriented with a customer-first mindset; adaptable with a continuous learning attitude.
• Strong communication in both Thai and English.
