Specialist, DFM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Be a technical support resource for the product engineer team to solve technical issues, working closely with the Product Development team to ensure knowledge and technique have been implemented for testing.
• Conduct and lead all requested change information during the development phase – mass production to validate and set standardization.
• Responsible for DFM phase analysis before starting new product development and finding new technical solutions for new products to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with other technical functions to solve problems of new products.
• Main contact between Lamphun, BB, AAA, and Vietnam for new product timelines and new product technical aspects.
• Provide technical consultancy and skill training for new products to mass production.
• Lead projects to develop and improve products in collaboration with other departments.
• Lead and align alternative material & components.
• Adapt various techniques together with engineering knowledge to establish standards.
