About the Role
As the Supply Chain Excellence & S&OP Manager, you will be the strategic architect of our regional value chain. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role focused on synchronizing demand, supply, and capacity to ensure business agility. You will manage the rhythm of S&OP cycles and lead digitalization and end-to-end (E2E) efficiency transformation across the ASEAN region as well as manage supply to the region. You will be based in Rayong - Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Lead monthly regional S&OP meetings to align Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations; balance demand forecasts with supply capabilities and manufacturing capacity; develop "What-If" scenario plans to mitigate risks and capture opportunities.
- Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) & Resource Validation: Verify RCCP outputs against S&OP demand (forecast volumes, UEE, run rates, planning coefficients); analyze plant/DC constraints and production calendars to generate short-to-long-term capacity projections; present Base/Upside/Downside scenarios and recommend actions such as load shifting, campaign planning, and capacity flexing; lead RCCP alignment meetings and track Actual vs. Plan performance; maintain and enhance RCCP dashboards for real-time capacity visibility.
- Supply Chain Excellence & E2E Efficiency: Identify structural bottlenecks across the end-to-end value chain; drive cost-out and efficiency initiatives using process-improvement toolkits; design and govern a regional KPI framework focused on Forecast Accuracy, Cost to Serve, Capacity Utilization, OTIF, and Inventory Turns; lead ASEAN digital roadmap to automate manual workflows and enable data-led supply chain decision-making; lead Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO) to balance regional stock positioning and dynamically manage safety stock and lead-time parameters; standardize Best Practice operating models across ASEAN to improve resilience and agility and optimize total Cost-to-Serve.
- Supply Management: Uphold governance of purchase and supply processes and master data across ASEAN; lead and optimize purchase and inventory replenishment cycles to maintain optimal stock levels and service levels; formulate and execute distribution strategies to achieve a resilient, optimized distribution network; act as primary liaison between Sales, Finance, and Operations and manage relationships with external vendors to ensure service reliability.
- Other Responsibilities: Drive departmental goals through projects in standardization, digitalization, and process optimization; execute high-priority tasks and specialized projects assigned by leadership to address evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8–15 years in Supply Chain Management, with at least 4 years leading S&OP, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Excellence initiatives in a regional or complex supply chain setting.
- Production Planning Expertise: Deep understanding of Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and shop-floor constraints; proven ability to bridge regional demand planning and factory execution.
- Regional Scope: Proven track record managing complex, multi-country operations, ideally within ASEAN.
- Analytical Rigor: Advanced proficiency in data modeling and supply chain analytics tools; experience maintaining dashboards and driving data-led decisions.
