Marketing Executive OPC

About the Role

This position is responsible for inviting OPC qualified customers for Sales Presentation and assisting with customer inquiries during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Invite and schedule customers for Sales Presentation
• Sell Preview Package for customers who are unable to join sales presentation for their next visit
• Explain details of premium gifts to customers
• Provide Guest Service on any inquiries during their stay
• Maintain performance target
• Other duties and assigned tasks as required

Qualifications

• High school completion or equivalent
• Related work experience
• Proficiency in reading and writing English (additional language required for certain positions)
• Good personality
• Strong communication skills especially speaking
• Positive interpersonal skills
• Able to work with deadlines and targets
• Strong hospitality skills
• Superior guest service and salesmanship
• Exceptional telephone skills
• Ability to follow up and maintain relationships with clients over a long period of time
• Telemarketing and personal contact skills
