About the Role

The Clinical Specialist provides clinical expertise and implementation support to drive the safe adoption of Terumo infusion and vascular access solutions. This role partners with Product Specialists, Sales teams, and hospital stakeholders to improve patient safety, standardize therapy practices, and support integration and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise and on-site application support across infusion and IV therapy solutions to ensure safe, effective, and compliant use
• Lead solution adoption and clinical standardization initiatives, including protocols, vascular access selection, workflow optimization, and medication safety
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, IT, and biomedical teams to assess current practices and support transitions to evidence-based solutions, including connectivity and integration needs

Qualifications

• Nurse, Medical Technologist, Bio Medical Engineering and Medical Science
• 5+ years of industry experience

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, coaching, communication, and consulting skills
• Self-starter with a strong results orientation and a proven ability to drive business toward long-term goals
