Senior Project Manager – Condominium Projects (Based Phuket)

About the Role

Lead and manage condominium development projects from start to completion. Based in PHUKET.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate contractors, consultants, and related stakeholders on-site.
• Review and approve construction drawings, materials, and variation orders (VO).
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and company requirements.
• Prepare regular progress reports and present project updates to senior management.
• Drive problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making across project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional Engineering License (ภาคี / สามัญ กว.) is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate or construction industry, with at least 5 years in condominium project management.
• Proven experience managing high-rise or residential condominium projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
