About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bangkok. This role is suitable for early-career professionals who want to grow at the intersection of business, technology, and telecommunications consulting. You will contribute across internal initiatives and external client engagements—supporting decision-making, conducting market and business analyses, and driving operational excellence alongside experienced consultants and executives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured research and analysis of industries, markets, competitors, and technology trends to generate strategic insights for client engagements and internal initiatives.
• Apply consulting frameworks to assess market attractiveness, industry dynamics, and ecosystem shifts, and translate research into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to consulting project delivery through project coordination, timeline tracking, and development of client deliverables; support project managers in maintaining timelines and internal alignment.
• Define, document, and analyze business and technical requirements; conduct interviews and workshops to gather requirements and assess current-state processes.
• Contribute to gap analyses, solution design, feasibility assessments, and formulation of business models, strategic options, and operating models using structured methodologies.
• Support preparation and facilitation of client meetings and workshops; develop meeting materials and document key insights, decisions, and action items.

Qualifications

• Language: Business fluency in English (TOEIC 800+, IELTS 7+ etc.); proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
• Education: MBA preferred or a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, ICT, or related fields.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; interest in telecommunications, digital business, and technology-driven industries; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools; strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience (entry-level roles in consulting, business analysis, or telecommunications are a plus). Familiarity with business strategy concepts and market analysis is desirable.
