Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Customer Engagement & Social to plan content direction for AxtraMall, outlining key content themes and formats tailored to each social channel.
• Lead hands-on production of high-quality, engaging content (especially short-form video, graphics, and copy) for AxtraMall's social media.
• Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely posting schedule.
• Monitor content performance and trends to optimise what resonates with the audience and keep content fresh and relevant.
• Work closely with internal teams (product, design) and coordinate with external creators or agencies when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing; e-commerce or retail experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful social media content produced, especially short-form video (TikTok/Reels).
• Creator-first mindset with practical skills in shooting, editing, and publishing content.
• Good communication skills, strong eye for visual aesthetics, and ability to manage production timelines.
• Solid understanding of current social media platforms and content performance.
