Director Talent Acquisition

About the Role

Charterhouse Partnership are supporting a global MNC in their search for a Talent Acquisition Director based in Chon Buri, Thailand. This role reports to the Head of HR and will lead a TA team of 10 at the primary Thai plant. Onsite role within a manufacturing organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of recruitment: sourcing, assessing and hiring quality talent to respond to business needs and ensure proper capabilities in the organisation.
• Manage and develop the TA team of 10 to deliver results in a timely manner and partner closely with the HR Director on planning and executing talent acquisition strategies.
• Continuously lead and improve processes relating to the recruitment cycle, including executing sourcing strategies and collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to assure efficiency.
• Proactively engage with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and needs and propose relevant talent acquisition solutions.
• Develop and implement tangible measures to support and execute effective talent retention strategies and meaningful career development.
• Implement new employee experience initiatives that assist in retention of employees.
• Ensure a high level of performance and manage requisitions for all positions.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
• Establish and maintain favourable relationships with stakeholders and vendors to scale up the talent community.
• Build employer branding as part of the TA process and review/leveraging LinkedIn as part of the EVP to enhance recruitment strategy.

Qualifications

• Previous exposure leading a Talent Acquisition function in a manufacturing MNC, including high-volume hiring for production operatives and leadership hires.
• Hands-on, results-driven leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of English — verbal and written communication skills are essential.
