Key Responsibilities

• Initiate direct contact with potential customers to provide services and can go with technician or expert.
• Continually collect, analyze, and monitor information from customers to improve customer satisfaction.
• Introduce new products and services to our customers.
• Be the center of the network between Sales, Customer, and Production Department.
• Communicate by email with customers to find out their specific requirements to offer solutions, prices, and timeline of the products.
• Prepare Order Confirmation, Order Status report to customers, and Shipping document.
• Coordinate with Sales and Production Department regarding order status, artwork status, scheduling, and any update information to deliver goods according to customer’s requirements.
• Tracking production order status, inform order progress and delivery plan to customers.
• Source and compare the price of Freight Forwarder services.
• Support sales tasks (Quotation) during over trip.
