About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Freelance Business Impact Accelerator Trainer to deliver engaging, outcome-driven learning experiences to large global audiences. Ideal candidates simplify complex concepts for business stakeholders and drive business-focused conversations rather than deep technical deep-dives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, interactive training sessions for large audiences (100–200+ participants) lasting up to 4 hours
• Translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes and value propositions for diverse audiences
• Conduct live product demonstrations (Genie) confidently and adapt smoothly when issues arise
• Facilitate engaging sessions using interactive techniques to ensure strong audience participation and retention
• Adapt quickly to evolving content, materials, and program structures, filling gaps using strong product understanding
• Tailor messaging to at least one industry vertical (Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Marketing)
• Deliver sessions across global time zones, including occasional onsite engagements

Skills

• Business-first mindset: communicate impact, ROI, and business value rather than technical architecture
• Exceptional facilitation skills for managing energy, pacing, and engagement in large groups
• Confident live demonstrator: run unscripted, real-time demos and troubleshoot in the moment
• Industry awareness in at least one key sector (FINS, Manufacturing, or Marketing)
• Strong communication, storytelling, and adaptability

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a corporate trainer, facilitator, or workshop leader
• Exposure to SaaS platforms, AI tools, or digital transformation programs
• Experience delivering global or virtual training programs
• Familiarity with Databricks and Genie is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Gen AI tools / demo environments is a strong advantage

Additional Information

• Flexible to support global delivery schedules (preferred CET)
• Not the right fit if you prefer deep technical deep-dives, are uncomfortable with live unscripted demos, require fully polished materials before delivering, or treat training as a one-way lecture
• Audition process: shortlisted candidates submit a ~15-minute recorded video demonstrating facilitation style, business storytelling, and audience engagement
