Operations Lead - Based in Ayutthaya (SPX Express)

About the Role

Operations Lead based in Ayutthaya for SPX Express, responsible for monitoring and managing Sorting Center (SOC) operational teams for Outbound Sort and Outbound Dispatch to meet KPIs and SLA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage SOC operational teams of Outbound Sort and Outbound Dispatch using daily performance reports, history of excellence, and team development
• Work with internal and external functions to properly handle pushed-out parcels
• Improve staff KPIs on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction on a continuing basis
• Perform backlog chasing in line with SLA
• Report to management a summary of data, operational concerns, and improvement procedures
• Optimize manpower with the planning team to meet cycle time and hourly volume
• Coach and advise team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
• At least 3 years of working experience in logistics, supply chain or express industry
• Good communication in Thai & English and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical ability with logical thinking and optimization
• Strong working knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Proven working experience in project management
• Multitasking and prioritizing skills
• Able to work fast, meet timelines and work extra-long hours during campaigns
• Flexible for afternoon and morning shifts and fast response
