Lower Line Supervisor/Shift Manager Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for contribution motivated talents to be part of our dynamic team with great career development plan in our Rayong plant. You will be working with operations team, reporting directly to Lower Line Leader. This program aims to develop young talents to be our future Shift manager. Selected talents will get a chance to join extensive training, expand their knowledge in real life business operations while getting coached and mentored by our professional team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up the task list from both WH&SP and Cold End Department.
• Work with shift manager on safety, quality and performance improvement.
• Maintain process stability and reliability and improve and support standardized work.
• PBM role model by connecting the shop floor with company values.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering field, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering or any engineering field.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Eligible for full-time employment.
• Possess strong leadership, adaptability to change, problem solving skill, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Contribution motivated mindset.
• Good command in Thai and English.
• Comfortable working in the shift rotation patterns in the manufacturing environment.
