About the Role

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end product strategy for key product areas, ensuring alignment with senior leaders across business, technology, and cross-functional teams.
• Define and track key product metrics to measure impact, product effectiveness, operational efficiency, and development velocity to support data-driven prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Identify key problems, constraints, and blockers to product strategy, define impactful problem statements, and remove barriers to product adoption.
• Manage and evolve product roadmaps, strategies, and best practices through iterative development, incorporating POC learnings, market feedback, and operational realities.
• Identify priority problem areas and catalyse setup of strategic programmes; act as Product Lead for selected programmes, defining vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Drive full product lifecycle within programmes from ideation, POC/POV through launch, scaling, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring execution from strategy to implementation and tightening feedback loops.
• Drive regular product and programme reviews, provide clear recommendations, secure alignment, and establish frameworks to measure product success and continuously improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years' experience in product management, with a track record of leading complex product initiatives across multiple teams.
• PM knowledge: articulating impact and root cause, setting vision and success metrics, and discerning realistic technical requirements; experience in enterprise, backend and data products a plus.
• Hands-on, with end-to-end ownership of problems and ability to break problems into workable chunks.
• Strong communicator in written, slides, and spoken form, with proven skills influencing stakeholders and teams without direct authority.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; relevant experience in the payment industry a plus.
