User Research (Internship)

About the Role

• Be the key day-to-day contact with our players for assigned research projects.
• Handle player recruitment via phone or online outreach.
• Manage player engagement and communication across channels.
• Support Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) facilitation such as summary, documentation, participant management.
• Support data collection, ensuring completeness and quality of responses.
• Assist in using mock-up to guide participants and gather feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Passion for gaming and interest in the gaming industry.
• Active, curious, and eager to learn.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Able to work from the office.
