SOCN Operation Lead - Based in Ayutthaya (SPX Express)

About the Role

SOCN Operation Lead based in Ayutthaya for SPX Express. Lead and manage SOC operational team to ensure efficient parcel handling, meet KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality and service level.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage SOC operational team using daily performance reports, history of excellence, and team development activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external functions to properly handle pushed-out parcels and operational exceptions.
• Improve staff KPIs on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction on an ongoing basis.
• Report to management with summaries of data, operational concerns, and proposed improvement procedures.
• Optimize manpower planning to match cycle time and hourly volume.
• Coach and advise team members to raise performance and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in logistics, supply chain or express industry.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• High analytical ability with critical and logical thinking focused on optimisation.
• Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Good team player with multitasking and prioritising skills.
