Loss Prevention Professional 1

Job Purposes

Perform activities of loss prevention and safety system in car park and external building, fire prevention, safety training, along with maintaining safety tools and equipment to prepare for emergency case effectively

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Prevent loss in terms of product and property of the organization and customers to ensure effective operations following loss prevention plans and objectives
• Monitor areas under responsibilities to ensure safety, prevent suspicious people and objects, along with prevent accidents including fire, theft, and others from internal and external building
• Monitor entering and exiting of employees, contractors, and suppliers to follow rules and regulations
• Control CCTV and safety system to ensure accurate report of daily incident
• Control loss prevention standards and accumulate relevant documents and reports to propose to the direct supervisor
• Coordinate with relevant functions to detect suspicious objects
• Provide service, including informing about contact areas and restrooms, along with receiving emergency notification, to satisfy customers and employees

Qualifications

• High vocational or bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience in related field
• Have knowledge and understanding in standards for loss prevention, safety, fire prevention, and investigation
• Be healthy
• Have communication and coordination skills
• Have planning and management skills
• Have computer skills
• Be delicate, honest, and responsible
