Responsibilities

• Day-to-day responsibility for delivering engagements or major modules of large projects, leading the approach and directing team members.
• Liaise with clients and senior executives to ensure successful project delivery and manage project financials.
• Lead, mentor and develop diverse, high-performing teams and provide meaningful development opportunities.
• Drive business development and marketing activities to initiate and maintain contact with target companies.
• Collaborate across teams to build productive relationships and align work to key objectives and priorities.
• Apply understanding of disruptive trends and competitor activity to recommend changes and improvements aligned with leading practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/MBA degree from a top-tier institution; 8–10 years of relevant consulting experience.
• Experience managing large, complex engagements with multi-disciplinary consultant teams and working with senior client stakeholders.
• Background or experience in business management, quantitative analysis and financial analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of at least three of: business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and data analysis techniques.
• Contributing experience in digital, ecosystem partnerships or business model transformation is an advantage.
• Outstanding written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills; leadership and project management capability; ability to mentor.
