Responsibilities

• Engage in text-based conversations with the model and challenge it with linguistic edge cases
• Evaluate model responses for accuracy, fluency, tone, and cultural appropriateness
• Annotate linguistic patterns and document model failures
• Test comprehension across a range of German language inputs, including formal and informal contexts
• Suggest refinements to prompts and evaluation methods to improve model behavior

Qualifications

• Fluent German with strong understanding of grammar, usage, spelling, tone, and cultural context
• Background in linguistics, translation, writing, localization, or teaching is ideal
• Experience with German language instruction, editing, or QA is a strong signal of fit
• Clear communication and the ability to explain not just what is correct, but why

Benefits

• Pay range: $23 to $34.33 per hour; exact rate determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location
