Vendor Performance Management - Fleet (SPX Express)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic individual to oversee and manage end-to-end vendor performance related to Fleets fulfillment across all logistics touchpoints, including first mile, between sorting centers, and last mile hubs. The role focuses on ensuring fulfillment quality, cost efficiency, and vendor planning alignment with operational needs, balancing cost vs. service levels through vendor strategy, performance tracking, cost initiatives, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive vendor performance across fleet vendors, ensuring SLA adherence, daily operational support, and campaign readiness.
• Design fulfillment/vendor models in response to operations requests, balancing cost, flexibility, and workforce commitment; continuously assess volume trends and adjust strategy.
• Lead cost-control initiatives such as price benchmarking, vendor bidding, and cost negotiation in collaboration with procurement to ensure service cost competitiveness.
• Plan fleet fulfillment capacity across logistics sites for peak campaigns; coordinate with vendors on capacity readiness and incentive schemes, and adapt based on campaign learnings.
• Lead and support team members in day-to-day tasks including volume allocation, time attendance tracking, vendor reporting, and invoice support.
• Monitor vendor compliance, quality, and productivity; implement adjustments (OT productivity, shift-level changes) as needed.
• Review and manage vendor contracts, support annual performance reviews and contract renewal planning, and ensure alignment with operational and business strategies.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities in cost and operational efficiency, and coordinate changes with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain industry, specifically in vendor management, vendor performance, or procurement.
• Strong understanding of vendor contract terms, SLA management, and performance tracking.
• Experience negotiating and managing vendors with different workforce commitment models.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, especially with Operations and external vendors; strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with large datasets, manpower planning, and cost optimization initiatives; familiarity with fulfillment or last-mile operations is a plus.
• Able to handle dynamic environments such as campaign periods and shifting manpower demands.
• Thai language required; English proficiency is a plus.
