About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Associate to join the Global Product Marketing team. This role supports the global launch of a new flagship truck platform and contributes to ongoing marketing across the Ford Global Fleet Sales (FGFS) vehicle portfolio, executing go-to-market strategies and ensuring consistent product value propositions centered on durability, power, and specialized utility across international markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical support for end-to-end planning and execution of the global launch of a flagship truck platform
• Coordinate marketing activities across the FGFS vehicle portfolio to ensure alignment with brand standards and up-to-date messaging
• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global marketing assets for local market requirements
• Support execution of digital campaigns, including social media content and performance marketing initiatives
• Monitor online communities and assist with influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility
• Manage and update web content and microsites to ensure accurate product representation
• Support optimization of the digital customer journey from engagement through lead generation
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to develop marketing collateral such as brochures, sales sheets, and video content
• Translate complex technical specifications into clear, customer-focused messaging
• Assist in planning and executing global events, including press launches, demonstrations, and public showcases
• Support delivery of immersive, hands-on brand experiences to effectively highlight product capabilities

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Marketing or Product Marketing, preferably within automotive, industrial, or fleet sectors
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale marketing campaigns or product launches
• Strong ability to collaborate across global teams and manage coordination across multiple time zones
• Proficiency in CMS platforms, social media tools, and marketing performance tracking systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
