About the Role

We are looking for an internationally minded and proactive individual with a strong network in the local SME market. The right candidate has leadership qualities, can motivate the team, is enthusiastic about connecting with potential clients, has local connections, and excels in engaging with business owners and potential sellers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential sellers through cold calling and other outreach methods.
• Source deals by engaging with potential sellers and business owners.
• Develop pitch books and related client materials to support M&A activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Management from a top-tier university.
• Excellent command of English and Thai, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Able to engage confidently with business owners in both languages.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a Brokerage Securities firm or as a Relationship Manager.
• Strong interest in cross-border M&A between Thailand and Japan, primarily focusing on Thai sellers and Japanese buyers.

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with solid knowledge of finance and accounting.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently, while also being a strong team player.
