Beverage Training Manager

About the Role

• Lead and manage all training programs, both classroom-based and in the kitchen.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on BOH procedures, recipes, cooking techniques, ingredients, sauces, and food safety/hygiene.
• Develop and oversee training activities, schedules, and plans.
• Provide kitchen training covering preparation, cooking stations, methods, and recipes.
• Support SSP and other company brands in developing team potential.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with BOH Operations and related departments.
• Visit locations to analyze and collect issues for further improvement.
• Contribute to and support new projects.
• Prepare and submit detailed training reports and store audits.

Perform other assigned tasks.
