About the Role

• Position: Senior AI Engineer
• Department: Technology, TrueID Platform
• Work Style: Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems for enterprise and AI‑driven products, including computer vision, generative AI, voice AI, and AI agent platforms
• Develop production‑ready AI services, APIs, and AI serving pipelines, optimizing performance, latency, and cost efficiency
• Integrate machine learning and generative AI models into applications via APIs and microservices
• Build reusable AI pipelines for data processing, inference, and system integration
• Deploy and scale AI workloads on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred)
• 3+ years of experience developing and deploying AI / machine learning systems in production environments
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with AI pipelines, model serving, MLOps workflows, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with generative AI, NLP, computer vision, APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker), DevOps tools, and large-scale or distributed AI systems
