Recruitment Supervisor - SPX Express

About the Role

Plan and supervise recruitment activities within assigned areas and positions to ensure headcount targets are achieved consistently. Lead and empower the Recruitment Agent team across Online, Offline, and On-site channels, drive on-site recruitment initiatives locally and upcountry, and act as the frontline representative for recruitment operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise recruitment activities within assigned areas and positions to ensure all headcount targets are achieved consistently.
• Lead and empower the Recruitment Agent team across all sourcing channels (Online, Offline, On-site), ensuring operations adhere to company standards.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify recruitment bottlenecks, analyze root causes of turnover, and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
• Act as a liaison between Hub Managers and Operations teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and operational alignment.
• Develop and manage daily/weekly reports to provide insights into recruitment trends and key metrics (e.g., Show-up and Turnover rates).
• Execute aggressive, omnichannel sourcing strategies and actively scout for candidates using creative methods to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Set up recruitment booths, engage with local communities, and tackle immediate on-site challenges with a hands-on approach.
• Operate effectively under high-pressure situations, identify bottlenecks during field deployment, and implement on-the-spot tactical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Team Management, specifically within the Logistics or Express industry.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle high-pressure environments and solve complex on-site challenges.
• Strong commitment to field operations with flexibility to travel and work on-site frequently; candidate must not be restricted to office-based work.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire, motivate, and serve as a role model for the Recruitment Agent team.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, result-oriented with a resilient, can-do attitude and willingness to confront and resolve rejections and difficulties.
• Outstanding flexibility and willingness to travel extensively domestically on short notice.
• Outgoing, confident, and expressive personality with a "never-give-up" attitude for sourcing candidates under tough conditions or tight deadlines.
• Proven track record or strong understanding of executing both digital (Online) and grass-roots (Offline/On-site) recruitment campaigns effectively.
