This role will lead complex HealthTech and InsurTech implementations across Thailand and sits at the heart of client delivery, owning end-to-end project execution while acting as a trusted partner to enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Project planning & implementation: Lead end-to-end project planning including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation and inter-workstream dependencies; drive disciplined delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to meet time, scope and quality benchmarks; coordinate with Commercial, Product, Engineering and Customer Success for seamless execution and rapid issue resolution.
• Business understanding & stakeholder management: Interpret complex client business challenges, user requirements and operational constraints; translate Amplify Health solutions into clear, actionable narratives; serve as primary point of contact for enterprise clients during implementation; build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide structured, transparent updates on progress, risks and outcomes.
• Risk, quality & governance: Identify risks, issues and dependencies early and establish mitigation strategies; champion proactive problem solving and timely conflict resolution; ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and internal governance frameworks; oversee testing and validation prior to deployment and maintain robust project documentation (plans, reports, RAID logs, communication records).
• Continuous improvement: Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement; embed lessons learned into future delivery cycles; drive adoption of best practices and contribute to enhancement of delivery standards, methodologies, tools and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Over 7–10 years' experience in project management delivering complex technology or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience within HealthTech, InsurTech, FinTech or enterprise SaaS environments strongly preferred; experience leading implementations across Thailand.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification highly desirable.
• Proven experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar; strong understanding of system integrations.

• Hands-on delivery and project management capability with focus on governance, quality and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts concisely to business and executive audiences and to translate client needs into clear requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Proven track record of driving process improvement and embedding lessons learned into delivery practices.
