Director - Livestock Demand & Supply Planning

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage livestock production plans across Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly, and Daily horizons.
• Ensure optimal livestock availability aligned with farm capacity, market demand, and operational targets.
• Continuously review and adjust plans to minimize risk and maximize productivity.
• Monitor farm production performance against defined KPIs (productivity, mortality, growth rate, feed efficiency, etc.).
• Analyze variances and identify root causes for underperformance.
• Prepare regular performance reports, root cause analysis, and action needed.
• Drive, adjust, and monitor daily farm operations to ensure compliance with Budget and the Optimization Guide under current and changing conditions.
• Implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with key stakeholders (Supply Chain, Farm operations, factory) to achieve plans and align livestock production plans with upcoming livestock requirements and business demand.
• Support smooth execution of production cycles through proactive communication and planning.
• Coordinate with Livestock, Sourcing and suppliers on improvement plans to meet company quality and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree : Supply Chain Management/Operation Management, Industrial Engineering, Animal Science
• 10-15 Years experiences for Livestock Planning & Scheduling, Farm Production Performance Monitoring, Execution & Operational Control
• Understanding livestock production cycles
