• Source, screen, and interview professionals across multiple industries
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer negotiation
• Build strong relationships with companies and candidates
• Grow commercial relationships to develop new and existing business
• Maintain candidate pipelines and market intelligence
• Achieve recruitment KPIs and revenue targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in 360-degree recruitment is required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities; confident speaking with professionals and executives
