Join Analog Devices as a Production Planning Planner I, responsible for master scheduling, factory planning, and optimizing demand against capacity to ensure on-time shipments. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in production planning or supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning activities on order - master scheduling, factory planning, and delivery commitment.
- Review, analyze and optimize forecast/ demand vs actual loading trend and overall capacity/ material planning.
- Monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite lots to ensure shipment are on time.
- Driving production for shorter cycle time and On Time delivery performance to achieve/ exceed the goals of the company target and customer expectation.
- Drive continuous improvement project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 0 - 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions with business understanding
- Computer proficiency across Excel, Power Apps, Python, SQL, AI Agents
- Ability to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and writing
