As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to high standards, managing your kitchen section, and ensuring food quality and safety at Laguna Phuket's new Associate Restaurant.

About the Role
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated candidate for the position of Chef de Partie to join our new Associate Restaurant under the Allied Function at Laguna Phuket.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards
- Manage your assigned kitchen section
- Ensure food quality and presentation are consistent
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player
