About the Role

Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is a flagship early-career program designed for fresh graduates and young professionals with less than 2 years of experience. This is a 36-month structured graduate program with 3 rotations across different functions. Role: Technical Engineer (Manufacturing). Location: Bangpoo Industrial Estate, Samut Prakan.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 36-month structured graduate program with defined learning milestones.
• Complete 3 rotations: Technical Antenna; Customer Satisfaction & Quality; Supply Chain.
• Work on real projects in a high-technology manufacturing environment.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced engineers and plant leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields).
• 0–2 years of working experience.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and learning agility.
• Good command of English.
• Interest in building a career in manufacturing and industrial environment.
