Staff- Agency Expense Operation & Support

Responsibilities

• Manage and clear travel expenses in line with company policy.
• Provide advice and problem-solving support to team members regarding expense-related issues.
• Share updates, information, and guidelines with Sales staff to ensure correct operations within planned budgets.
• Prepare and summarize expense reports for the Sales Support Team and other reports as requested.
• Conduct audits and provide consulting support to Sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Prepare expense summaries, monthly reports, and special reports as requested.
• Organize monthly and special meetings to achieve agency goals.
• Handle ticket booking and welfare coordination for the Sales Support Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in expense management, auditing, or operations support preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work in up country
