Scrum Master (Digital Application Delivery)

About the Role

Enable Agile delivery by driving team performance, ensuring transparency, and aligning delivery with business objectives in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint execution end-to-end
• Plan and prioritize work based on capacity, velocity, and business needs
• Track delivery metrics and ensure visibility of progress, risks, and issues
• Remove impediments and improve team flow, quality, and collaboration
• Coach team to be self-organizing and continuously improving
• Partner with Product Owner to ensure backlog readiness, clear requirements, and business value
• Support scope alignment and manage expectation between business and delivery
• Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors
• Drive continuous improvement across team and organizational processes, tools, and delivery flow

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or Computer Science, or business-related field (for business-process related teams)
• 5+ years experience in a technical or engineering role, or business-related role (for business-process related teams)
• 2+ years experience as Scrum Master or Agile delivery role
• Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Understanding of SDLC in enterprise environment
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work across business and technical teams

Preferred

• Experience in Banking / FinTech / regulated environments
• Experience in multi-team or large-scale delivery
• Familiarity with DevOps / CI/CD practices
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM)

Work Location
