Business Development Manager

About the Role

Business Development Manager at Doo Group focused on identifying, onboarding, and managing Introducing Brokers (IBs) and MIBs to grow D Prime's broker network. Onsite, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage new Introducing Brokers (IBs) and MIBs in target markets
• Drive sales and grow client acquisition through strategic business development initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and assist in increasing net deposit volumes
• Promote CFD trading products, leverage solutions, and brokerage offerings
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support IBs with tools and promotional resources
• Monitor industry trends in forex, CFD, and online trading markets to stay competitive
• Attend global and regional events to represent D Prime and grow the broker network
• Provide regular reporting on partnership performance, pipeline, and revenue impact

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience is a plus but not required
• Strong interest in financial markets, trading, or fintech
• Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a performance-based culture
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively
