About the Role

Operations Improvement Strategy & Project Lead - Operations Excellence (SPX) at Shopee. Lead network improvement initiatives and drive operations process optimization across transportation and sorting functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for network improvement initiatives.
• Lead project kickoff meetings, establish project governance structures, and define roles and responsibilities for project team members.
• Conduct thorough analysis of Operations functions such as transportation routes and productivity to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including First Last Miles, Sorting Center, Linehaul, and BI to align projects with business objectives and priorities.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, including project plans, progress, KPIs, and issues or risks requiring attention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and change management, preferably in logistics or transportation management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to drive informed decision-making.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint (or Google Presentations).
