- บริหารและควบคุมการดำเนินงานภายในร้านให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท (บริหารยอดขายและต้นทุน Sale/ COG/ COL)
- ควบคุมมาตรฐาน QSC (Quality / Service / Cleanliness)
- ดูแลคุณภาพอาหาร การบริการ และความสะอาดภายในร้าน
- บริหารจัดการทีมงานและจัดตารางการทำงานของพนักงาน
- ควบคุมต้นทุน ยอดขาย และสต็อกสินค้า
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพอาหารและมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน
- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
- สรุปรายงานผลการดำเนินงานและประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
