Representative Medical Sales

About the Role

The Medical Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets within assigned hospital accounts, promoting pharmaceutical products, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

What You Will Deliver

• Achieve sales targets within assigned territory and hospital accounts.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
• Present product benefits, clinical information, and product updates.
• Develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular hospital visits and manage territory/call plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide sales reports and market feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales / Medical Representative / Hospital Sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with good territory management and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
